Why are my Widgets or Complications not updated?

Complications and widgets require background tasks to stay current. Enable Background App Refresh on both iPhone and Apple Watch: 1. iPhone: Open Settings → General → Background App Refresh → Enable main toggle and Livity toggle. 2. Apple Watch: Open Watch app → General → Background App Refresh → Enable both toggles. Note: Low Power mode disables background updates, and widgets update 40-70 times daily at 15-60 min intervals.

Why different HRV and RHR vs Apple Health?

Livity measures only during sleep when your body is completely at rest, giving the most accurate baseline. Apple Health measures all day including activity periods. Sleep measurements provide a reliable view of your true baseline heart health without daily variations.

1. Close and reopen Livity app on your phone. 2. Close and reopen Livity app on your watch. 3. Complications should sync now.

How do I refund or cancel my subscription?

To cancel: 1. Open App Store. 2. Tap profile icon (top right). 3. Select "Subscriptions". 4. Find Livity → "Cancel Subscription". Refund Policy: App Store purchases are generally non-refundable. Apple handles all transactions. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.
